v) our send of signed draft with annexes
vi) your return of our signed acceptance of draft
vii) banking of contracts, send of Documentary Standby Letter of Credit from your bank
viii) reception of refinery passport and PB from your company
ix) contract procedures

Start of any contact : buyer sends profile, exact specifications of his requirement, total volume, contract term, per-shipment volume , preferred lifting port and name of bank.
We deal in CIF or FOB contracts
NET price under an appropriate PLATT base with discount according to volume and length of contract.
Documentary Standby LC as payment - 2% PB.
We are the seller of record - these are not brokered transactions.
