Harry Thwaite Independent Consultant for about 35 years - I deal in the direct sales of refinery production contracts from a variety of refineries.
A number of associate companies supply feedstock and downstream product as seller of record direct from government oil companies and refineries .
In addition, I am on the boards of other companies as either procurement director, or Overseas Operations Director or Consultant.
Our main buyers are government oil companies, the oil majors, refineries and known oil traders.
The sale of both Crude and Downstream product is made through the actuary companies either in Switzerland or Hong Kong with connections direct to Government Oil companies and refineries - we do not send "offers" we do not deal as brokers but as sellers of record - arranging contracts with refineries for the production of downstream or with the producers for the sale of feedstock.
As V.P. of Overseas Operations to Scope Energy Services Ltd. I also deal with the acquisition and placing of upstream supply contracts to the West Afrian coast areas.
I operate with a Far East Trading company which buys ands sells product for our clients in Asia.

I also deal with the consulting on purchase of new and second hand refineries with a large database of suppliers, engineering companies, refurbishing outfits, manufacturers, relocaters/commissioning companies for new and second hand refineries.

My various contacts extend to most areas of trade.
With a small but very select group of like minded operatives, we can usually also make contracts for direct sellers and buyers outside of the oil sector.
As a freelance consultant, I work on a fee paying consultancy basis for many projects - the sale of feedstock and product and the upstream supply sector are done through companies that I am directly involved with.
