Harry Thwaite is an independent Consultant operating in Europe since 1977 -

I am mainly involved in the oil sector, both as consultant for establishing projects and for the sale and purchase facilitation to direct buyers and sellers.

In addition to freelance consultantcy, I am on the boards of a number of oil trading companies that sell direct to end users. Sales of either crude or product are made as either sellers of record or producers.

In all our contracts we are the sellers and often the owners of the oil or product

With these companies, we are able, at the appropriate juncture to show that we have contracts for internal logistics, port storage, tank farm and refinery processing contracts as well as contract with major Russian oil producing companies. I act as a direct seller in the arrangements of contracts for these companies.

We handle only contracts - no spot sales - we do not usually accept or handle any third party contracts made as offers to either myself or any of our companies.

I am also actively involved in the procurement of and placement of offshore oil blocks for Exploration and Production/Development as well as the arrangment for processing agreements with refineries.

It will save both the reader and myself a great deal of time when you are thinking of presenting requests. We deal with end buyer/end users and rarely accept any requests from brokers unless they can show they represent the buyer/end user.

There are many other direct connections that have been made in over 30 years of trading internationally. I am interested in projects for refinery installations and organising processing agreements.
